In celebration of Korean Lunar New Year, we hosted a Korean instant 라면 (ra-myeon) dinner at our London store. While not a traditional Korean New Year feast, it is one of Rejina’s most-loved dishes, and she took great pleasure in guiding the guests through her favourite toppings, such as 'mandu' dumplings, soy-glazed soft-boiled eggs, fried kimchi, parmesan and crispy fried anchovies. Guests were invited to customise their instant ra-myeon, making their own version of this cherished Korean comfort food staple.
