Rejina Pyo Studio Coordinator

Job Description  


The Studio Coordinator is responsible for the smooth day-to -day running of the Rejina Pyo London studio, which includes supporting key functions of the business including logistics, wholesale, e-commerce/retail, and events. This is an exciting multifaceted junior role and a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow within the company.


Specific duties include:


Studio Support

  • Maintain an organised studio workspace, coordinating any cleaning and repairs, and provide administrative support for the smooth running of the company 
  • Assess and suggest new practices and processes to improve the running of the studio 
  • Daily monitoring and responding to the info@rejinapyo.com account 
  • Manage the studio petty cash ensuring the tracker is up to date and accurate
  • Provide coordination support for company events including fashion week, pop ups and showrooms
  • Train new starters in health and safety procedures and practices 
  • Coordinate hiring and induction of studio interns
  • Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company directors 

Logistics Support
  • Assist Wholesale Manager and E-commerce Manager to organise shipping and receiving for wholesale, e-commerce, press and other business activities 
  • Be the first point of contact with external logistics companies and warehouses for shipping and deliveries 
  • Provide accompanying paperwork ensuring deadlines and customs requirements are met
  • Liaise with suppliers and factories for shipments, deliveries and other issues as directed
  • Liaise with stockists for shipping and deliveries and communicating delivery instructions 
  • Check quality of products shipped to studio before organising deliveries to stores and customers, noting and following up on any issues with department managers

E-Commerce / Wholesale / Retail Support 
  • Assist with e-commerce order fulfillments, returns and exchanges 
  • Assist with customer service enquiries and wholesale requests
  • Maintain an organised stockroom which includes the Rejina Pyo archive
  • Support inventory management and tracking 
  • Support department managers with research, data collection and reporting

The ideal candidate have:
  • BA in a fashion related subject (desirable not essential)
  • Experience working in a fashion studio
  • Experience in e-commerce, wholesale or retail 
  • Be proficient in MS office, particularly Excel
  • Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative spirit and enjoy working as part of a team
  • A keen interest in learning the different aspects of operating a fashion business
