We offer worldwide free shipping. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping.
*Pre-order & made to order (shoes) items each have different shipping times. Please see description of the items.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which is the buyer's responsibility where applicable.
Returns
We would like you to be happy with your purchase. Items can be returned within 14 days in its original condition with tags and packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, or it’s not in original condition, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To process your return, please email us (info@rejinapyo.com) the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.
Returns Shipping
While we do not charge for shipping, buyers are be responsible for the return shipping of the goods.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the return goods are the buyer's responsibility until it is safely returned to us.
