Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for an experienced retail professional to join our London team as a Full-Time Senior Sales Associate, supporting the day-to-day running of our two Rejina Pyo stores.

Working closely with the Store Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping shape a retail environment that brings together fashion, art and interiors in a uniquely curated way.

This role is suited to someone who is confident in clientelling, highly organised, commercially aware and passionate about creating thoughtful in-store experiences. You will also support customer care, PR requests and events, helping to build strong relationships with clients and the wider creative community.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, preferably within fashion, luxury or lifestyle environments
• Strong sales ability with a genuine focus on customer experience
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients and external partners
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Passion for fashion, art, design and contemporary culture
• A proactive, collaborative and hands-on approach
• Confident using WhatsApp and digital tools for client communication
• Flexible to work across both store locations and weekends as required
• A strong visual eye and appreciation for presentation and store environment

• At least 2 years’ experience in retail, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or luxury environments
• Passion for fashion, art, design and contemporary culture
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Comfortable liaising with customers, internal teams and external partners including PR
• A collaborative and proactive team player with a flexible approach
• Creative eye for visual merchandising and product presentation
• Interest in creating engaging in-store experiences and community events
