Wholesale and Logistics Assistant

 

The Wholesale and Logistics Assistant will support the Rejina Pyo Sales and Merchandising department and help ensure the smooth day to day running of the studio. This is a multi-faceted role and a great opportunity for the right candidate to develop their commercial skills and grow within our dynamic London team.



Key responsibilities include:


  • Support commercial activities and the running of the Sales & Merchandising department 
  • Act as the point of contact for warehouse partners, supplying paperwork, tracking shipments and delivery status 
  • Ensure required paperwork is complete and customs requirements are met for shipments
  • Notify the team when an order or shipping issue arises, proactively proposing solutions 
  • Create weekly shipping updates for the team
  • Update the shipping tracker and identify ways to reduce and improve shipping 
  • Coordinate samples for international sales agents and showrooms
  • Assist with Market and preparing relevant materials, organising showrooms and assisting with appointments 
  • Support sales and the running of showrooms - with seasonal travel to Paris
  • Manage order entry for international wholesale accounts and keep orders updated if changes occur
  • Support sales data collection and reporting and compile weekly and monthly selling reports 
  • Arrange staff personal orders and distribute internally 
  • Assist with the management of stock, inventory and archive
  • Manage petty cash, including up to date tracking of income and expenditure, ensuring it follows company policy
  • Maintain an organised studio workspace, coordinating any cleaning and repairs, and provide administrative support for the smooth running of the studio
  • Provide support for seasonal shows, pop ups and other company events 
  • Carry out other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company directors 

 

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Experience working in a wholesale environment, preferably in fashion with previous logistics and administration experience
  • Commercial acumen and ability to work well across departments
  • Strong numerical/analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with systems such as JOOR and Uphance are a plus 
  • Be proficient in MS office, particularly Excel
  • Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
