Where can I find your products?

We ship internationally from www.rejinapyo.com. If you would like to visit collections in person, please see a list of our stockists here.

How can I return my item?

Once you have packaged the un-worn and un-damaged item, please use the pre-printed DHL label included in your parcel and make sure to stick it, as well as the wallet containing the commercial invoice (if applicable) on the outside of the box. 

Please click here to book a pickup and make sure you have your waybill to hand, follow the shipping instructions provided to book your collection with DHL.

What is the process for an exchange?

Please use the labels provided to return the item at your earliest convenience, marking down exchange on the box and on the internal invoice. 

Once the item is received and confirmed un-damaged we will issue the exchange. Please note for an exchange you will be sent an email to pay the additional exchange shipping fee as listed in our shipping policy. Once this has been paid you will receive an updated tracking number for your order.

What is the process if I have a faulty item? 

We are very sorry to hear you have experienced this with your product. Please kindly message us with photos of the damage/defect as well as your order number so we may advise on the best way to proceed.

What is your shipping policy?

Our regular shipping terms are delivered between 3-5 business days from the date of order placed. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over £500.

Shipping to UK: £5
Shipping to EU: £8
International Shipping: £15

What is your return policy? 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Are you able to hold an item/items in store? 

We are able to reserve items in the store for up to 72 hours. Please contact us at customercare@rejinapyo.com or message us on WhatsApp.
