Rejina Pyo Sales Assistant

Job Description 


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our London team to work in our Rejina Pyo store. As Sales Assistant you will be an ambassador for our brand and provide the highest level of service to all of our customers. This is an exciting role for someone who is interested in creating an inviting retail experience that brings fashion, lifestyle and interiors together in a uniquely curated space.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Provide outstanding customer service 
  • Achieve daily goals and targets
  • Process deliveries in a timely manner and ensure stock is available and accessible for customers 
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards across the store that are representative of the Rejina Pyo brand 
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and the local community 
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being implemented correctly at all times 
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the in-store experience and engage the Rejina Pyo community
  • Contribute to buying decisions, suggesting new products and collaborations 
  • Help plan in-store events, communicating with customers and the extended community 
  • Capture in-store content for marketing and communications 
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products, brand and wider industry trends
